Agreement to YouTube's Terms

YouTility includes features that use YouTube API Services to access public YouTube data (for example, video metadata and comments). By using those features, you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service. You must also comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and related policies published by Google.

Google APIs and Gemini (Generative AI)

Some features—including comment analysis—send text (such as public comment content and video titles) to Google's Gemini API to generate summaries and insights. By using those features, you agree to the Google APIs Terms of Service, the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service, and the Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse YouTility: for example, do not attempt to circumvent safety or rate limits, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use outputs to harass others. You are responsible for your use of data you obtain through the site and for complying with applicable laws (including copyright and privacy laws).

Not professional advice; AI limitations

Insights, scores, and text produced by automated analysis are informational only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Generative AI can be wrong or incomplete—verify important decisions independently.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Third-party terms (YouTube, Google APIs) may change independently; you should review those documents periodically.
